We want you to be happy with your Hutton Forge purchase. If you need to return an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@huttonforge.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you return instructions.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Please wait for return instructions before mailing an item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items made to your specifications or personalized are not eligible for return, except if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable for ordinary returns. Refunds are generally processed within five business days after inspection; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@huttonforge.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
